1. COMPOSITION
   All musical ideas, themes, melodies, and emotional direction were created through human authorship. The creative vision, storytelling tone, and musical identity of the project are original and developed specifically for the game universe.
2. LYRICS
   All lyrics, including those in “White World,” are fully written by Mert Esen, founder of Mebunaz Software. The lyrical structure reflects the narrative, philosophy, and thematic depth of the game.
3. ARRANGEMENT & STRUCTURE
   Track structure, orchestration decisions, layering, pacing, and transitions were carefully designed manually to achieve a cinematic and immersive experience.
4. SOUND DESIGN & PRODUCTION
   All sound elements were selected, edited, and shaped through deliberate production decisions. The project reflects a controlled creative pipeline, not automated generation.
5. MIXING
   Each track has been balanced, equalized, and spatially processed to meet cinematic audio standards. This includes dynamic control, frequency balancing, and stereo imaging.
6. MASTERING (IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION)
   Like the vast majority of modern music released on global platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Steam), our tracks have undergone digital mastering processes.
   These processes may include AI-assisted mastering tools used strictly for:

• loudness optimization
• tonal balance
• clarity enhancement

  These tools DO NOT generate music, melodies, or compositions. They are industry-standard post-production utilities.

CONCLUSION
 The entire soundtrack is the result of human creativity, supported by professional production workflows.
There is a clear distinction between:

• AI-assisted tools used in mastering (industry standard)
  and
• AI-generated music (which does not apply to our work).

  We are issuing this statement in response to misleading and unverified claims published regarding the “Legends of Goodness Original Soundtrack” and the track “White World”.

First and foremost, all musical works belonging to the Legends of Goodness soundtrack are officially registered under MESAM (Turkish Musical Work Owners’ Society).

  These registrations confirm that all publishing and rights ownership belong to us globally.

All lyrics are written by Mert Esen, and the soundtrack represents a substantial creative and production effort developed over time.

We strongly reject any claims suggesting that our music is “AI-generated” or artificially produced. Such statements are speculative, lack technical evidence, and misrepresent both our work and modern production practices.

Additionally, we would like to clearly state:

• No AI-generated content has been used in any part of our game’s creative production.
• All characters have been manually designed and crafted.
• All animations have been individually created by our team.
• The game and its soundtrack are the result of significant human effort, design, and artistic direction.

  While AI-assisted tools may be used in the broader industry for post-production purposes such as mastering, these tools do not generate creative content and are not representative of authorship.

  Publishing unverified claims that may harm the reputation of a creative project constitutes a serious matter. We expect responsible platforms to base statements on verifiable data rather than assumptions.
